-Point of Sale

Click the + icon to add the product.

- Select the appropriate warehouse if you have multiple warehouses or branches.

- Manage payment and invoice details.

Post: Hold the order if payment is delayed until the service is completed.

(Suitable for coffee shops)

Note: If there are additional orders

Discount: If a discount is available

- If you want to sell a product not listed in the previous product list:

- Click on Custom Sale, then add the service and price.

- If you want to purchase a gift card:

- Click on Gift Card.

- Add the required information, then click Apply.

- Track orders:

- Click on Orders from the menu at the top of the page.

- If you want to refund the customer:

- Click on the side arrow in the order.

- Click on Open Order.

- Click on Start Return.

- Select the number of returned items.

- Select the appropriate field, then click on Return.

Manage Shipping

- Click on the "Remove Shipping" option in the main menu.

Inventory Transfer

- Transfer inventory from one warehouse to another.

- Click on "Transfer Inventory."

- Then add the source and receiving warehouse details.

- Add transfer details such as the arrival date.
